Records and UMS / Skyrocketing income by boosting engagement and subscriptions at a training website
The goal was to increase overall quantity indicators and deepen trust toward the business while building a lasting increase in income rate.
As a first step, by adjusting and fine-tuning specific attributes of an international training and event website, our focused efforts resulted in a significant improvement in the levels of engagement and returning visitors.
As a second step, I looked thoroughly over the whole website to find out what would be that one single change that would make the highest impact.
As a result, we achieved about a 35% improvement in the subscription rate by increasing the website’s credibility. Implementing the Optimizely testing platform code in the customer website was easy and fast, taking less than half an hour. Then, applying the testing variants literally took just minutes.
Above, in the picture, you can see two results, as arrivals on the landing page and actual clicks on the action button are measured at the same time to minimize the possibility of error.
